Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you create a Lovely page, we collect: your email address (for notifications and page management), the partner name and photo you upload, and the custom message you write. When someone views a page, we log the approximate country and device type (mobile/desktop) — no IP addresses are stored.

2. How we use your data

Your email is used to send you: a confirmation when your page goes live, a notification when your partner says Yes, and expiry reminder emails. We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

3. Photo moderation

Photos you upload are scanned by AWS Rekognition to detect inappropriate content. Images that fail moderation are not stored. Approved photos are stored in Supabase Storage and are publicly accessible via your page URL.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international). We never see or store your card details. Payment records include only the amount, plan, and a transaction ID.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in to your dashboard. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

6. Data retention

Your page data is retained for 30 days after expiry, then permanently deleted. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@mljtechlabs.com.
