1. The service
Lovely ("we", "us") is a platform that lets you create personalised love pages with a playful No-button experience. By using Lovely, you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
You must not use Lovely to: upload images of real people without their consent, create pages that harass or intimidate someone, impersonate another person, or upload illegal or explicit content. Violations result in immediate page removal with no refund.
3. Payments & refunds
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds once a page has been activated, except where required by law. If your page is removed due to a policy violation, no refund is issued.
4. Page expiry
Pages expire according to the plan purchased (Basic: 30 days, Premium: 90 days, Lifetime: never). Expired pages are not accessible to visitors. You will receive reminder emails before expiry.
5. Content ownership
You retain ownership of any content (photos, messages) you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to display that content on the page you create.
6. Limitation of liability
Lovely is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect damages including, but not limited to, whether your partner actually says Yes. Results may vary. 😅
